Instructions for Use: Car Timer Switch Delay Off 1–150s (12V 15A KIT)

Power Supply and Wiring:

  • Red wire – Connect to constant +12V (via 1A fuse).

  • Black wire – Connect to ground (12V–).

  • Yellow wire – Connect to ignition or any +12V signal that is present only when the engine is ON.

  • White wires (2 pcs) – Relay output, Normally Open (NO) contact; no voltage output.

Operation:

  1. When the ignition (yellow wire) receives +12V, the relay remains off.

  2. When the ignition is turned OFF (yellow wire loses +12V), the timer starts counting the preset delay (1–150 seconds).

  3. After the set delay, the relay deactivates, and the white output wires open the circuit.

Timing Adjustment:

  • Use the onboard trimmer to set the delay time (1 to 150 seconds). Turn slowly—small adjustments cause significant timing changes.

Technical Specifications:

  • Input voltage: 12V DC

  • Maximum load: 15A @ 12V

  • Relay output: NO contact (dry), via two white wires

  • LED indication: On when timer is active

  • Dimensions: 38 x 18 x 16 mm

  • Protection: Reverse polarity protection on power supply

Note:

  • The device will complete one cycle without activating the relay when powered for the first time.

  • Ensure secure and insulated connections.

  • Suitable for controlling fans, lights, or other 12V car appliances after engine shutdown.
