Product Description and User Guide
This compact and efficient delay OFF timer provides precise and adjustable timing intervals for various control system applications. It operates on a 12V DC power supply and offers both Delay ON and Delay OFF modes with a customizable time range of 12 to 1200 seconds. The device features a high current handling capability, LED indication for operational status, and a manual START button. Its compact design facilitates easy integration into existing systems.
Technical Specifications:
- Power Supply: 12V DC
- Timing Interval: Adjustable, 12 - 1200 seconds
- Maximum Switching Current: 10A at 250V AC (peak)
- Operating Modes: Delay ON, Delay OFF
- Indication: LED status indicator
- Control: START button for initiating the timing cycle
- Dimensions: 51mm x 26mm
Operating Modes:
- Delay ON: Upon receiving a trigger signal (pulse from the START button after power-on), the output relay will activate after the pre-set time interval has elapsed.
- Delay OFF: Upon receiving a trigger signal (pulse from the START button after power-on), the output relay will immediately activate. After the pre-set time interval has elapsed, the output relay will deactivate.
Principle of Operation (Delay OFF Mode):
- Power Connection: Connect the timer to a 12V DC power supply according to the wiring diagram.
- Initialization: Upon power-up, the timer will be in a standby state.
- Start Trigger: A momentary pulse applied to the START button initiates the timing cycle.
- Relay Activation: Immediately after the START button is pressed, the output relay will close (activate). The LED indicator will illuminate.
- Timing Period: The relay will remain closed for the duration of the pre-set time interval (adjustable between 12 and 1200 seconds).
- Relay Deactivation: Once the set time interval expires, the output relay will open (deactivate), and the LED indicator will turn off.
- Cycle Reset: The timer will remain in this deactivated state until the power supply is interrupted and then reapplied, or another pulse is received at the START button after a power cycle.
Wiring Diagram:
Refer to the included wiring diagram for proper electrical connections. Ensure that the power supply is disconnected before making any connections.
Package Contents:
