12V
110-220V
Technical Data:
- Voltage: 12V DC
- Temperature Range: 1°C to 90°C
- Differential Range: 0.3°C to 50°C (adjustable via trimmer)
- Relay Output:
- 10A/125V DC
- 10A/250V AC
- 10A/12V DC
- Sensors: NTC 10K (not waterproof)
- Plate Dimensions: 45 x 25 mm
- Probe Wire Length: 25 cm (extendable up to 10 m)
- LED Indication: Lights up when the load is active
Operation:
- The thermostat activates the relay when Probe 2 detects a higher temperature than Probe 1. The normally open (NO) contact closes, and the LED turns on.
- The relay remains active until the temperature difference between the two sensors decreases to the differential set by the trimmer.
Setting the Differential Temperature:
- Begin with the trimmer in the middle position.
- Slowly rotate left or right until the LED turns off. This sets the thermostat to the lowest differential temperature.
- Counterclockwise rotation increases the differential temperature. Note that small adjustments can cause significant changes due to the trimmer's sensitivity.
Example Application:
- Probe 1: Installed on the outlet pipe of the hot water boiler.
- Probe 2: Installed on the outlet pipe of the solar panel.
- The NO relay contact can be used to control a 12V or 220V water pump (up to 10A).
When the solar panel becomes hotter than the boiler, the pump will turn on. Once the temperature difference reaches the value set by the trimmer, the relay deactivates, and the pump turns off.
