User Guide: DC Motor Reverse Polarity Switching Module

Purpose:

This module is designed to reverse the polarity of a DC motor when a 12V signal is applied at the control input. It allows for controlled directional changes of small DC motors up to 24W.

Setup Instructions:

  1. Connect Power:

    • Connect the feeding power supply to the input terminals, marked as "In" (red and black wires).
    • Ensure the feeding input voltage matches the motor’s operating voltage.
    • Follow polarity for DC inputs.
  2. Connect the Motor:

    • Attach the motor to the output terminals labeled “OUT” (white wires).
    • The motor will run in one direction upon connection.
  3. Control and Reverse Direction:

    • To reverse motor direction, apply 12V DC to the control input (yellow wires).
    • This will reverse the output polarity, changing the motor’s rotation.

Application Notes:

  • Designed for small DC motors up to 24W.
  • Ensure motor voltage matches feeding input voltage for optimal operation.
