This adjustable ON and OFF time relay provides precise cyclic timing control for automation projects. It allows independent customization of both the ON and OFF time intervals. Principle of Operation:

Upon receiving power, the relay operates in a continuous cycle determined by the set ON and OFF time intervals:

1. ON Time: The relay activates (contacts change state) for the duration set by the ON time trimmer (0 to 15 minutes).
2. OFF Time: After the ON time elapses, the relay deactivates (contacts return to their initial state) for the duration set by the OFF time trimmer (0 to 30 minutes).
3. Cycle Repetition: This ON/OFF cycle repeats continuously as long as the power supply is maintained.

Wiring Instructions:

Refer to the provided wiring diagram for correct electrical connections. Ensure the 12V DC power supply is disconnected before making any connections. The relay offers normally open (NO), normally closed (NC), and common (COM) terminals for flexible integration with control circuits.

Time Adjustment:

The ON and OFF time intervals can be adjusted using the integrated trimmers. Use a small screwdriver to carefully rotate the trimmers to the desired time settings within their respective ranges.

Installation:

The compact dimensions of the relay allow for easy mounting and integration into various enclosures or control panels.

Important Note:

Allow approximately 1 minute after a power interruption before restarting the power supply to ensure the timer functions correctly. Rapid power cycling may affect the timer's operation.
