Product Overview:

The Adjustable LED 4-Step Sequential Retrofit Flash Module is designed to control turn signals on vehicles such as cars, motorcycles, or motorbikes. It sequentially lights up to four LEDs in a flashing sequence. When all LEDs are lit, they turn off and the cycle restarts. You will need two identical modules—one for the left turn signal and one for the right.

Key Features:

• Sequential Flashing:
  LEDs turn on one by one, and once all are lit, they reset and begin the sequence again.
• Reverse Voltage Protection:
  The module is protected against incorrect wiring of the power supply.
• Adjustable Timing:
  The time during which all LEDs are on can be adjusted via a trimmer.
• Direct LED Outputs:
  • 4x 12V outputs, supporting up to 0.10A and 0.5W per LED.
  • Suitable for use with water-resistant LEDs, 0.5W each for each side of the car.

Power Supply and Wiring:

• Power Supply: 12V DC

  • Red wire: Positive (+12V)
  • Black wire: Negative (-12V)

• LED Outputs:

  • 4x black/red wires for each LED output.

  Each LED can handle up to 0.5W. If using 1.8V LEDs, you must solder a 330-ohm resistor to each LED as per the wiring diagram.

Installation:

1. Power Connection:
   Connect the red and black wires to the vehicle's 12V power supply (battery or other source).

2. LED Wiring:

   • Attach each LED to one of the 4x black/red output wires.
   • If using individual diodes, solder a 330-ohm resistor for each 1.8V LED.

3. Adjust Timing:
   Use the built-in trimmer to adjust the duration for which all LEDs are on at the same time. Rotate the trimmer to increase or decrease the timing as needed.

Operation:

• Start Sequence:
  When the module receives power, the sequential flashing starts automatically. LEDs light up one after another, and once all four are lit, they turn off and the sequence restarts.

• Usage for Left/Right Turn Signals:
  Each module controls the turn signal for one side of the vehicle (either left or right). For full functionality, you will need two modules—one for each side.
