The item comes with wiring diagram and instructions for use. It has protection of inverting polarity on power supply. Time is maintained by a trimmer.
Have normally open (terminals Y and G) and closed (H and Y terminals) contact,
The device have terminals K for button on the plate. If you need to use it, need to solder two wires.
How the timer works?
When you plug the power(12v) - the relay is activated (the normally open contact /Y and G /is closed; the normally closed /H and Y/ contacts is open). The timer will keep this position until end of the set time( up to 40s), then normally open contact will open and normally closed will be closed. By restart the power, or filling the pulse with button K - the cycle repeat.
